  • Offered above rates attract all Government Levied Taxes, which would be subject to revision if any changes happen in tax structure by GOVT
  • On MAP meal plan, GST bifurcation shall be applicable as per GST term; Rooms (12%) & Food (18%) GST.
  • The rates above INR7499/- would attract 18% taxes (GST) and would be subject to revision without any prior intimation.
  • Rate Confidentiality: Offered Room rates are not to be disclosed, directly or indirectly, to the client or any other Travel Agencies.
Package Inclusions:
  • CP Plan comprises accommodation with a buffet breakfast for staying guests.
  • Wi-Fi during stay.
  • Packaged drinking water in the rooms and restaurant during stay.
  • Tea/ coffee maker in all rooms {replenished every day}.
  • Usage of Gym.
Transportation:
  • Pune airport pick up and drop to and fro from Hotel on sharing basis.
  • Group office pick up and drop to your office (Pashan Office IITM) at specified timings on sharing basis by AC Buses.
Rooms Terms & Cancellations Policy
  • The rates offered above shall be liable towards 100% retention, if the cancellation is done within 24 hours prior to Guest arrival.
  • No Show would attract 100% retention charges
  • Cancellation has to be informed at least 24 hours before in case of individuals and 2 weeks in case of groups.
  • The group check-in time is 1400 hrs. and check-out time is 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out will only be given subject to availability.
  • The special group rate is applicable subject to a minimum materialization of 25 rooms per night. In case the actual rooms are less than 25 then the Best Available Rates for those dates will be applicable.
  • INR 2,500 plus taxes will be charged for an extra person including breakfast. The mattress will be provided for the third occupant.
  • The rooms would be in a combination of twin and king bedrooms. Any other preferences of rooms will be subject to availability as the hotel is on a very high occupancy during your requested dates.
  • Same floor room will be subject to availability.
