Registration fees

International Participants	120 USD
International Students/scholars	60 USD
Indian Participants	3000 INR
Indian Students/scholars	1000 INR

General

• Registrations are non-transferable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation of onsite participation: Cancellation until 30 April 2024 full refund of your registration fee (excluding convenience fee)
• Cancellation after 30 April 2024, no refunds of registration fees.

Insurance

• The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to personal property, which may be incurred because of participation in STIPMEX.

Disclaimer

By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at the STIPMEX, their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph, or any other means by an official of the conference. This content may be distributed or published at the discretion of the STIPMEX and IITM. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise in advance.
