Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and
materials to hang your poster
Poster Format
- Poster dimensions are 118 cm (height) x 84 cm (width) = A0 in
PORTRAIT.
- Title of abstract (Times New Roman, Centered Paragraph)
- First Author1, Second-Author1, Third-Author2, &
So-on
- Institution Name, Country e-mail address of the lead presenter
- Paragraphs should be justified (straight-edged) on both left and
right
Video or PPT Upload:
- you should also prepare a brief presentation video (max. 2 minutes)
in landscape mode and upload in mp4 format.
- Video Size should not be more that 25 MB.
- If you are not able to prepare video then submit PPT with audio
recording of 2 Minutes duration.
- PPT audio
recording should not be more that 10 MB.
Deadline: The deadline for submitting your video/PPT is 31 May 2024 (Date Extended).
Please upload your video or PPT on the STIPMEX portal using your credentials
