Taxes: From Oct 1, 2019, as per the Government of India, a Goods & Services Tax will be applied per accommodations, per night. If the room tariff is INR 7501/- and above per night per room, 18% taxes are applicable. If the room tariff is INR 1001/- and above but less than 7501/- per night per room, 12% taxes are applicable.

Extra Person Policy
- Extra person will be charged @ INR 1000 + taxes on EP.
- Extra person will be charged @ INR 1500 + taxes on CP.
- Extra person will be charged @ INR 2400 + taxes on MAP.
- Extra person will be charged @ INR 3000 + taxes on AP.
Inclusions:
- EP Plan : Room Only.
- CP Plan : Room & Breakfast.
- MAP Plan : Room, Breakfast & Lunch / Dinner.
- AP Plan : Room, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Policies:
- Booking confirmation will be subject to advance payment.
- Rooms and rates will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Bed type King or Twin or any preferences will be subject to availability.
- Maximum 3 adults are allowed in a room with additional charges for 3rd person. (Mattress will be provided for extra person)
- Our Check-in time is 1500 Hours and Checkout time is 1200 Hours. Early check-in and Late Checkout is subject to availability and chargeable.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out charges (Subject to availability) :
- Full night charges will be applicable for check-in before 07:00 Hours and check-out post 18:00 Hours.
- Half day charges will be applicable for check-in between 07:00 – 15:00 hours and checkout between 12:00 – 18:00 hours
Payment :
- Bank Transfer / UPI : Kindly share screenshot of transaction details once the payment is made.
- Credit Card Authorization : Request you to share attached credit card authorization form duly filled and signed along with scan copy of front and back of the card to be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation upto 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of booking amount will be charged as retention in case of cancellation between 15 – 30 days prior to arrival.
- 100% retention will be charged in case of cancellation within 15 days of arrival.
